This is a college level tranfer course, the second in a series where we will examine the poetics of life lived on the ground...as in rough and tumble, as in America at war with herself. This is a world art alone makes sense of, an artist's work is a gift freely shared like air...sympathetic systems aligned, the the fictive or imaginary worlds of possiblity simply an inhale or exhale away. This class is an opportunity to close your eyes and believe.

"God"
In "God" Tupac discusses the pain and anguish he went throiugh. He desperately needed someone to help get through tough times. However, God was Tupac's only savior, like an angel watching over him. Looking up to God, Tupac found answers and guidance. This goes to show that Tupac might not have trusted many people at all; most could not understand the things he went through in daily life. This poem verifies Tupac's obsession with God as discusses in "Holler If You Hear Me". tupac felt that one must question sin and one's own existence. Tupac was extremely spiritual. this poems shows Tupac's love for God when he was alone and had nothing else.

"Do Thug Niggas Go To Heaven"?
Tu-Pac seemed to bring tragedy and grief to his life, by the way he was acting up and tring to entertain his listeners and fans, but unfortunatley Tu-pac had to take 100% responsibility for his actions,and the script he wrote with his life.Tu-Pac should be given a brake, because he had good intention auviously by his beautiful and creative work of art.Tu-Pac was not recognized because of his thug passion and his street credibility, Tu-Pac was recognized because of his beautiful mentality and his great charisma. Tu-Pac had more to himself besides the tattoos and the way others characterized him. Tu-Pac is a real person who was also in the struggle like the rest of us.

"God"
In "God", the poem speaks of how Tupac believed in God. He knows that God is the only one he trust and the only one who would look after him. God has given Tupac so much, it is only right to give his "unconditional love" to God. he writes the poem with four stanzas and all end with the word God. his use of alliteration shows his knowledge for writing and his words show his emotional side. He picks his words carefully to show what he means. I guess of all his homies, God is his biggest homey.

In the poem "A Rose That Grew From Concrete" Tu-Pac say's let's clear our mind from everything, like the world, our troubles, our issues, our stresses, and everythimg that revolves around the world,Tu-Pac mentions in the poem, how much you mean to me, lets mot even talk about money, because your friendship means more than money. Not to mention money is a requirement in life. The realationship we had between eachother have and wil not be forgotten. Each moment and each second will always be rememberd.
